Cooking Class: Bolivian Meat & Potatoes

Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making a favorite and famous Bolivian meal called Silpancho. It's a super thin, pan-fried, ground beef patty served with golden potatoes, rice, egg, and fresh hot sauce. Bring whatever you like to drink; Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies.
