Cooking Class: Iranian Chicken and Rice

Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making Iranian chicken in walnut-pomegranate sauce, shirazi salad, and Persian saffron rice. Bring whatever you like to drink; Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies. This event is gluten-free.
