Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in a professional kitchen, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 20 guests will learn the secrets to making Nicaraguan gallo pinto, a rice and beans dish served with cabbage and lime, plantains, sour cream and salsa. Please bring whatever you would like to drink (besides water) and a baseball hat (to cover your hair in the professional kitchen).Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies. This event is gluten-free and vegetarian.
