In this hands-on class, you'll learn the secrets of two natives in making pad Thai and spring rolls. Ingredients: rice noodles, rice paper, mint, thai basil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, thai chilis, shallot, egg, onion, fish sauce, peanuts, bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, sugar, distilled vinegar. The evening is gluten-free, and can be vegetarian on request (please let us know when purchasing ticket).
