Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll learn new cooking skills, meet fellow food and culture lovers, and enjoy a delicious, candlelit dinner in a beautiful home. In this class, up to 8 guests will learn the secrets to making pad Thai and fresh spring rolls. In this hands-on class you'll be working with rice noodles, mint, thai basil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, thai chilis, shallot, egg, onion, fish sauce, peanuts, bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, sugar, distilled vinegar. The evening is gluten-free. Bring whatever you like to drink; Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies.
