Learn to cook an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll learn new skills and ingredients, meet fellow food and culture lovers, and enjoy a relaxing and delicious candle-lit meal in a beautiful home. In this class, up to 8 guests will learn the secrets to making Taiwanese San Bei Ji, a delicious chicken and rice dish with shaved ginger, scallions, and Thai basil, in a sesame-soy sauce. This event can easily be gluten-free on request (please let us know when you register). Please bring whatever you would like to drink; Chef Sterling will have all other ingredients and supplies.
