Cooking Class: Taiwanese Chicken and Rice

 In this class, 20 guests will learn the secrets to making Taiwanese San Bei Ji, a delicious chicken and rice dish with shaved ginger, scallions, and Thai basil, in a sesame-soy sauce. This event can easily be gluten-free on request (please let Chef know when you buy ticket). Please bring a baseball cap or something to cover your hair, and whatever you'd like to drink besides water.
